As memorable as the holiday dinners of your childhood, this traditional menu mixes timeless seasonal dishes with a few new recipes you’ll want to make again and again.

For some families, no holiday dinner is complete without a ham in the center of the table. Stick to tradition by preparing a delectable Honey Glaze Spiral Sliced Ham, and then introduce your guests to new variations on classic holiday fare with Sautéed Green Beans, Sunshine Carrots, and Mushroom Pilaf with Hazelnuts. Ingredients:
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup grated three cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 6 tablespoon chopped roasted red peppers, divided
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • RITZ Crackers
Directions:
  1. Mix cream cheese, pepperoni, grated cheese blend, olives, chopped basil and 2 tablespoons peppers until well blended.
  2. Shape into 16-inch log; wrap in plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
  4. Form into wreath shape on large plate.
  5. Top with remaining peppers and parsley.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Serve with RITZ Crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers. Cheese spread can be stored in refrigerator up to 24 hours before shaping into wreath.

Honey Glazed Spiral Sliced Ham

Honey Glazed Spiral Sliced Ham

Give your spiral sliced ham this delicious glaze that your family will love!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 spiral sliced ham, about 9 pounds
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix together honey, brown sugar, mustard, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Cover a shallow roasting pan with quick release aluminum foil.
  5. Place ham in roasting pan, cut side down.
  6. Pour glaze over ham, brushing to cover completely.
  7. Cook, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes until glaze is bubbly.
  8. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Mushroom Pilaf with Hazelnuts

Mushroom Pilaf with Hazelnuts

Toasted hazelnuts pair beautifully with earthy mushrooms, orzo, and wild rice.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup long grain and wild rice blend
  • 1/4 cup orzo pasta
  • 3/4 cup Crimini mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
  1. Heat a skillet to medium and lightly toast hazelnuts. The skin will begin to shed.
  2. Remove onto clean paper towels and rub until skins come loose.
  3. Coarsely chop the nuts.
  4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium low heat; sauté rice, orzo, mushrooms, onion, and celery. Stir constantly until rice is lightly browned.
  5. Mix in chicken broth, parsley, marjoram, pepper and hazelnuts.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover skillet tightly, and allow to simmer 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes before serving.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup medium salsa
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1lb crabmeat
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • Cooking spray
Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, combine milk and salsa.
  2. Coat a crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the milk and salsa mixture into the crock-pot.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, crab, onions and chilies.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring periodically.

Directions:
  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add green beans and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  2. Toss with sea salt and cracked pepper.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon over top.
  4. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled, and sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch sea salt
Directions:
  1. Place carrots in a shallow saucepan and cover with water. Boil until tender.
  2. Drain, and return carrots to pan.
  3. Pour orange juice over carrots and mix well.
  4. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in brown sugar, butter and salt. Heat until butter and sugar melt.

Butterscotch Pie

Butterscotch Pie

A pre-made piecrust and a few humble ingredients are all it takes to assemble a fluffy, flavorful butterscotch meringue pie.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pie crust, 9-inch, baked
  • 1 can evaporated milk, 12 ounces
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 3 egg yolks, reserve whites for meringue
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
  1. Bake crust and let cool.
  2. In a small sauce pan mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, vanilla and salt with a whisk.
  3. Add butter. Cook on medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes until butter melts and mixture thickens. Stir constantly because this will burn easily. Once thickened, remove from heat and pour into pie crust.
  4. To make meringue, start beating egg whites, adding sugar while beating. Add vanilla and continue until peaks are formed.
  5. Spread on pie covering entire pie. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until brown on top or place under broiler to brown.
